RG^Ó 101 The evolution of a dream

The new narrow web rotogravure, specially engineered for short run with fast job change over which take less then 2 minutes for print unit for the complete change of print cylinder, sleeve impression roll, inking and anti splashing devices, tool-less doctor blade change.

The RG 101 uses the last generation of electronic shaft, or can be equipped with conventional line shaft, automatic splice, web video inspection, LEL control, web aligner, corona treater and automatic ink viscosity control, register presetting.

The innovative design of the drying system permits a cost reduction and environmental friendly thanks to the optimisation of the air volume.
